These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 89l website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 89l and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms in full without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. 89l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified by email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 89l, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of 89l, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 89l or any other gambling operator.

89l reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification checks at any point during the life of an account. Failure to meet eligibility criteria at any time may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.

2. Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 89l will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 89l does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 89l reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at its discretion without prior notice. No fees are charged by 89l on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed after your account has completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours subject to verification requirements. 89l reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be agreed with the player via our support team. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a player has received a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 89l sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Platform's Help section. In the event of any discrepancy between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

89l reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event after its official start time (where live betting is not available), or placed at odds that were published due to a manifest technical error. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned in full to the player's account balance.

Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, event, and player account status. 89l reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion.

6. Casino Games

All casino games available on 89l — including live tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are provided by licensed third-party studios. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness.

89l is not responsible for errors in the software or hardware of third-party game providers, though any resulting disputes will be handled in accordance with the relevant provider's published dispute resolution policy. In the event of a game disconnection during live play, any resulting wager outcome will be determined by the rules of the relevant game provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each promotion is published. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period from bonus activation. Unused bonus funds expire after the stated period.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, and device. Evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free bets are credited as non-withdrawable bonus tokens. Any winnings generated from free bets are credited as withdrawable cash subject to stated wagering requirements.

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and may be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and 89l makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

In no event shall 89l's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the platform's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, players should contact the 89l support team in the first instance. 89l will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, players may seek independent adjudication through the relevant alternative dispute resolution body recognised under the Platform's operating licence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

89l reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified in advance.
